Am 7. Oktober verübte die "Hamas" ein Pogrom auf israelische Bürgerinnen und Bürger. Die Verantwortung unserer Geschichte bedeutet, dass Jüdinnen und Juden bei und in Deutschland frei und sicher leben können. Nie wieder sollen sie Angst haben, ihre Religion, ihre Kultur offen zu zeigen. Genau diese Angst aber ist nun zurück. Das Klanggebet lädt dazu ein, 20 Minuten der Opfer des Pogroms zu gedenken und die eigene Haltung zu Israel zu klären. Ein Solo-Cello und ein Vibraphon improvisieren meditativ über die israelische Nationalhymne - deren Melodie auch als Kirchenlied bekannt ist: "Zünde an dein Feuer ". - On October 7th, “Hamas” carried out a pogrom on Israeli citizens. The responsibility of our history means that Jews can live freely and safely in and around Germany. They should never again be afraid to openly show their religion and their culture. But this very fear is now back. The sound prayer invites you to commemorate the victims of the pogrom for 20 minutes and clarify your own attitude towards Israel. A solo cello and a vibraphone meditatively improvise over the Israeli national anthem - the melody of which is also known as a hymn: "Light your fire".
